Earn yield on USDG backed by tokenized equities.
Morpho Stock Vault takes USDG and allocates it into Morpho Blue markets that lend against Robinhood Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663). You deposit once. Names like NVDA, AAPL, and SPY. One share token instead of supplying each market yourself.
It runs as a Morpho Vault V2 (launching soon). Borrowing USDG against stock is still Morpho Blue: Stock Token holders post collateral there. They do not deposit into MSV.
$MSV is launched. Stake it to earn a pro-rata share of the vault’s curator fees (and keeper surplus), paid in USDG. Idle $MSV earns nothing. Official contract: Contracts only. Never take an address from a DM.
Launching soon
Vault V2 is launching soon. Deposit opens when the factory address is listed on Contracts. Do not send USDG to any other address.
This site, these docs, and the production app go out with $MSV (already live). The app will take vault deposits when that address is listed. Morpho Blue borrow and supply are already live.

Two users
USDG holders are the vault’s users. Deposit once. The curator allocates across stock-collateral Blue markets. You pay a performance fee for that. Or skip the vault and supply one Blue market yourself.
Stock Token holders post collateral on Blue and borrow USDG. They never deposit into Vault V2.

Use cases
For USDG lenders (the vault)
Vault V2 is a Morpho factory instance, not a fork. Seed USDG is working capital, not a protocol fee. See fees and seed.
For $MSV holders
$MSV is live. Idle wallets earn nothing. Stake it to take a pro-rata share of curator and keeper fees in USDG when Vault V2 is live (launching soon). That is not the depositor APY. See $MSV.
For borrowers
Read health math, then interact with Morpho Blue. Isolated markets, typical LLTV 91.5%. After-hours stock-token prices can move while cash equities are shut.
